The Sunshine Underground son una banda de indie rock de Leeds, Inglaterra. El tipo de música que interpretan es una variedad de punk, funk and indie. El grupo lleva este nombre por una canción de The Chemical Brothers.
Su album debut Raise the Alarm, salió a la calle por la discográfica City Rockers el 28 de Agosto de 2006.
