Biografía:
The Spencer Davis Group es un grupo dentro de la avalancha que se ha dado en llamar "British Invasion" en los años sesenta.
En él sobresale la figura de un jovencísimo Stevie Winwood, cantante y organista, que luego pasaría por grupos como 'Blind Faith' -con Ginger Baker y Eric Clapton (ex Cream's) y Rich Grech- y 'Traffic' -Ginger Baker, Jim Capaldi et alli-.
Entre los mayores éxitos de Spencer Davis Group se encuentran 'Gimme Some Lovin' y I'm A Man (de la que luego haría una sensacional versión el Grupo Chicago (Transit Authority)
