La música de Adam Mattson y Christopher James es una especie de pop psicodélico a cámara lenta, suave, hipnótico, antiguo, con cierto deje folk y unas melodías ensoñadoras realmente fabulosas. Miniaturas que pueden traernos a la mente desde algunas canciones de los Beatles a otras de los Herman’s Hermits (pasando por unos Leisure Society de dormitorio, por un Nick Garrie americanizado o por un Ron Sexsmith sin su habitual carga lírica) pero, sobre todo, a los Kinks más tranquilos y soleados.
