Biografía:
Ilan Rubin nacido el 07 de julio de 1988 en San Diego, California, es conocido por ser el batería de la banda galesa Lostprophets y de Nine Inch Nails durante su último tour.
The New Regime es el proyecto en solitario de Ilan, cuyo primer álbum, "Coup", fue lanzado en noviembre de 2008.
Después de la gira "Wave Goodbye Tour" con Nine Inch Nails, Ilan estuvo trabajando en su segundo albúm "Speak Through The White Noise", que será lanzado en abril de 2011.
