The Kills es un grupo de garage rock formado por la cantante americana Alison " VV " Mosshart y el guitarrista inglés Jamie " Hotel " Hince.
Mosshart participó en Discount, un grupo de punk rock de Florida, y Hince en el grupo de rock inglés Scarfo. Cuando estos dos grupos se separan, el dúo [que se había encontrado primero cuando Mosshart oyó que Hince se alojaba en el cuarto de hotel encima suyo] se forma para componer canciones.

NOTE: I did this in D Tuning (i.e. Standard but with every string 1 step down)
because it was easier to play - you can use power chords and just slide up and down
the fret board. Remember that each power chord will be 2 frets higher up on the fret board now,
e.g. a G will start on 5th fret, not 3rd.
