[Verse]
Em G
Dope in the wash, strangers in bed
C G
Dead-end nights, make a heart beat half dead
Em G
In the mirror, striking a pose
C G
Conjured up glamour in a school play rock show

[Pre Chorus]
Em G C G
Guess it doesn't last forever, just a feeling to remember
Em G Em G
Dope on a rope we hang, the cat walks the plank
C Em
Unless we turn around, and do it again

[Chorus]
C Em
Generations change In a blink the fad's extinct
C
Find your lover or you'll flash the fame
D
Before you wake up from your dream

[Verse]
Em G
Everything changes when
C G
When the last call lights shine
Em G C G
Seizing the heartbeat of our lovely reckless times
Em G
Everything changes when
C G
When the last call lights shine
Em G C G
Seizing the heartbeat of our lovely reckless times

[Verse]
Em G
Collect taxidermy fist as much is on your wrist
C G
New friends flood the list till you're sick
Em G
Trying to have a ball in a tanked up stall
C G
Numb when its from making sense of it all
Em G
I guess it doesn't last forever
C G
Just the feeling to remember

[Pre Chorus]
Em G Em G
Dope on a rope we hang, the cat walks the plank
C Em
Unless we turn around, and do it again
Em G Em G
Dope on a rope we hang, the cat walks the plank
C Em
Unless we turn around, and do it again

[Chorus]
C Em
Generations change, in a blink, the fad's extinct
C
Find your lover or you'll taste the fame
D
Before you wake up from your dream

[Verse]

When the last call lights shine

Seizing the heartbeat of our lovely reckless times
