Biografía:
The Cave Singers son un trio de Seattle, Washington, que surgió tras la disolución de la banda Pretty Girls Make Graves en el año 2007. El bajista Derek Fudesco (ex-PGMG/Murder City Devils) cambió el bajo por una guitarra acústica y se juntó a Pete Quirk (Voces, ex-Hint Hint) y Marty Lund (bateria y guitarra, ex-Cobra High) y empezaron a tocar por Seattle y arrededores.
Pronto ficharon para Matador Records y grabaron un Lp en Vancouver, Canadá, al que titularon "Invitation Songs".

Very good song, and easy, as most good songs seem to be. The entire song is made-up of
chords with a little extra bit, which is at the end of the verse in the chorus "you tell
night we are through", just before you say the word "through" and switch to the C chord,
your hand still in the Fmaj7 position, pluck the High E open, then the B with your
finger on the third fret, then pluck the B again with your first/index finger still on
first fret, then go to the C chord. Listen for timing. That and some careful strumming
you're good.
