Biografía:
Formados en 1963, y originalmente llamados los "Boyfriends" (despues se llamaron "The Boys" y mas tarde "The Action"), The Action fueron una de las bandas más importantes del panorama mod inglés de los sesenta, gozando de un gran numero de seguidores. Los Action estaban compuestos por Regie King (voz), Alan King (guitarra rítmica), Pete Watson (guitarra solista), Mick Evans (bajo) y Roger Powell (batería), grabaron para Parlophone y desde el 65 al 67 sus singles son elegantes y limpios, repletos de versiones de R&B negro.
