Biografía:
Nick Douwma, alias "Subfocus", es un productor del género Drum and Bass. Nació en Londres (Inglaterra) y, actualmente está asociado al sello discográfico Ram Records.
Se dió a conocer cuando un amigo pasó un demo suyo al jefe de Ram Records, Andy C. Éste, impresionado por la calidad de la producción, contrató a Subfocus bajo el amparo de Frequency Recordings, adjunto a Ram Records. Lanzaron "Down the Drain" en 2003. Entonces, Subfocus comenzó a hacerse famoso en el círculo del Drum and Bass.
