Biografía:
Steven Wilson nació en Londres en el año 1967 y es conocido por ser el principal compositor, vocalista y guitarrista del grupo de rock progresivo Porcupine Tree.
Aunque Porcupine Tree es su proyecto con mayor renombre a nivel internacional, caben destacar otros de sus trabajos como Blackfield, No-Man, Bass Comunion o I.E.M. por mencionar sólo algunos de su extensa discografía.
En noviembre de 2008 lanzó su primer disco de estudio como solista: Insurgentes.
