Atlantic Starr fue una banda estadounidense de R&B, formada en la ciudad de White Plains en 1976. La banda saltó a la fama en la década de los 80 con los éxitos "Secret Lovers" y "Always".
El grupo se inició en 1976 en Greenburgh, Nueva York, por el trompetista Duke Jones (quien dejó la banda antes de que sus primeras grabaciones fueran lanzadas), junto con el baterista Porter Carroll Jr., el bajista Clifford Archer, percusionista y flautista Joseph Phillips
