Biografía:

Mary Frances Penick (30 dic 1931 -19 sept 2004), más conocido como Skeeter Davis , fue una estadounidense de música country más conocida por canciones de música pop de la década de 1960. Ella comenzó como parte de las hermanas Davis en la década de 1950. En los últimos años 50 y principios de los 60, se convirtió en una estrella en solitario. Su éxito más conocido fue la canción " El Fin del Mundo "en 1963.
