Biografía:
En el verano del año 2008, Colin Huebert decide abandonar a los Great Lake Swimmers para volar en solitario, y comienza a trabajar en sus propias inquietudes musicales. Para ello viaja a Vancouver, en donde le da un nombre al proyecto, Siskiyou, y comienza a grabar en solitario en diferentes e insólitas localizaciones de la ciudad (habitaciones de hotel, tejados, cuartos de baño, escaleras de bloque de pisos). Pide ayuda a Erik Armensen, guitarrista y compañero en su anterior banda
