Biografía:
Serj Adam Tankian es un músico libano-estadounidense-armenio. Nació el 21 de agosto de 1967 en Beirut capital de el Líbano. Es el vocalista de la exitosa banda System of a Down.
Serj figura en el puesto 26 en la lista de "Los 100 mejores vocalistas del Metal de todos los tiempos", según la revista estadounidense Hit Parader.
Los abuelos de Serj eran armenios. A raíz del genocidio armenio (perpetrado por Turquía en 1915) su abuela fue asesinada y su abuelo tuvo que refugiarse en Líbano.
