Emma Louise Niblett (nacio el 29 de septiembre de 1973), mejor conocida como Scout Niblett, es un cantante inglesa y compositora de sus canciones. Su música es con frecuencia minimal, muchas de sus canciones consisten simplemente en su voz acompañada por tambores(bidones) o por guitarra, que usualmente toca ella misma. Es conocida por sus intimos shows. Actualmente vive en los Estados Unidos, donde ha trabajado con el ingeniero de grabación influyente Steve Albini.
