Biografía:
Rosemary Clooney (Maysville, 23 de mayo de 1928 - Beverly Hills, 29 de junio de 2002), cantante estadounidense de música popular. Aunque sin habilidades improvisadoras, hizo varias aproximaciones al jazz (donde se encuentran sus raíces musicales) por la vía del swing. Sus especialidades fueron las baladas y los estándares. Se hizo famosa durante los años cincuenta. Está considerada como una valiosa intérprete, con un afinado sentido del swing, con un fraseo cuidadoso y con unas cualidades dramáticas considerables en la interpretación.
