Biografía:
Joseph Raymond Conniff (* Attleboro, Massachusetts, 6 de noviembre de 1916 - † Escondido, California, 12 de octubre de 2002), destacado músico, director de orquesta, arreglista vocal y musical, y trombonista estadounidense. Se caracterizó por emplear un coro acompañando a la orquesta que él formó.
Recibió la educación musical de su padre, también trombonista, y de su madre, que era pianista. Debutó como trombonista en la big band de Bunny Berigan.
