R5 es una banda estadounidense de Pop rock y rock alternativo originaria y fundada en Los Ángeles, California en 2009. La banda está compuesta por Ross Lynch (Voz y guitarra), Riker Lynch (Bajo y voz), Rocky Lynch (Guitarra y voz), Rydel Lynch (Teclado y voz) y Ellington Ratliff (Batería y voz)
En marzo de 2010, la banda auto-lanzó su primer extended play, Ready Set Rock. En abril de 2012, la banda anunció a través de su página web de que habían firmado un contrato discográfico con Hollywood Records.
