Biografía:
Periphery es una banda americana de progressive metal formada en Bethesda, Maryland, en el año 2005. Sacaron su disco debut, con el mismo nombre que el grupo, el 20 de abril del 2010, recibiendo muy buenas críticas.
En Periphery podemos encontrar voces rasgadas, limpias, riffs muy técnicos que destilan una gran influencia de Meshuggah, y un sonido caracterizado por ser pionero dentro de lo que ha terminado por denominarse "djent", popularizado por ellos y otras bandas como TesseracT o Animals as Leaders.
