Sus letras tienen un alto contenido político.
Saltó a la escena hip hop en 1990 con el single "The Devil Made Me Do It" y el álbum del mismo nombre.
En 1992 lanzó su segundo álbum, debido al cual tuvo que cambiar de discográfica, porque Tommy Records decidió cancelar su lanzamiento por el contenido de sus letras. Finalmente fue lanzado por Records Scarface.
