Tiene dos álbumes de estudio: "Speak", su álbum debut lanzado en 2004, del cual extrajo 3 singles: "First", "Rumors" y "Over".
Su segundo album "A Little More Personal (Raw)", lanzado en 2005, solo teniendo un single oficial: "Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter To Father)".
Lo más nuevo en la música de Lohan es el single "Bossy", que se supondría que aparecería en su tercer álbum de estudio, el cual nunca salió a la luz.
