Biografía:
Leighton comenzó su carrera a los 11 años, trabajando como modelo. Llegó a ser fotografiada por la ahora famosa directora de cine Sofia Coppola. Sin embargo, con el tiempo, se interesó más por la actuación y pronto comenzó a aparecer en algunos programas de televisión interpretando a personajes secundarios. El primer papel que obtuvo fue en “Law and Order” cuando tenía 13 años.
Desde entonces, ha trabajado en shows tales como “Boston Public”
