Biografía:
Marmaduke Duke es un hombre, un mito, un concepto y mucho más. Con esta palabras comienza la biografía del grupo en su página web. Lo cierto es que esta banda es un monstruo de dos cabezas formado en 2003 en Ayrshire por los líderes de dos bandas escocesas: Simon Neil de Biffy Clyro y JP Reid de Sucioperro. Estos dos británicos han creado una historia alrededor de El Duque en paralelo a una trilogia de albumes, de los cuales ya han sido publicados dos; The Magnificent Duke (2005) y Duke Pandemonium (2009).
