Biografía:
Nació el 30 de mayo de 1958 en Östra-Ljungby, Suecia.
Desde temprana edad tuvo afinidad con la música, y en su juventud formó dos bandas en Suecia; Strul y Mamas Barn. Pero el reconocimiento vino después cuando se dedicó por completo a su carrera como solista.
Su primer álbum "Het Vind" fue un gran éxito en 1984, posteriormente su segundo trabajo "Den Sjunde Vågen" la consagró como una artista de renombre en su país. En 1986 comenzó su trabajo junto a Roxette
