Lacuna Coil es un grupo de Metal Gotico formado en Milán, Italia en 1994. Antiguamente fueron conocidos como Sleep of Right y Ethereal.
La música de Lacuna Coil estaba inspirada en la cultura gótica, usando acordes de guitarra melódicos, alternando vocales pesadas y un poco de influencia pop.
