Biografía:
Maranatha! Music fue fundada en 1971 por el Pastor Sr. Chuck Smith, como el ministerio de alabanza y adoración de la iglesia "Calvary Chapel" (Capilla Calvario), ubicada en la costa de California USA.
La serie de discos "Quiero Alabarte" marco el inicio de un nuevo tipo de alabanza y adoración para las iglesias de Latinoamérica y España. El primer disco de esta serie fue lanzado en 1982, éste se titulo "Quiero Alabarte I" el cual incluía temas como "Canta Aleluya, Busca Primero, Abre Mis Ojos", entre otros.
