Loney, Dear es el seudónimo del cantante, compositor y multi-instrumentista sueco, Emil Svanängen.
Él se ha auto-publicado cuatro álbumes de música en su país natal.
Su primer gran lanzamiento fue en febrero de 2007 en los EE.UU. cuando Sub Pop reeditó su álbum Loney, Noir.
