Elizabeth Clark "Liz" Phair es una cantautora y guitarrista norteamericana. Su carrera musical comenzó a principios de los 90 y fue una de las principales artistas del movimiento independiente DIY de la década; enfocado más que todo al sonido lo-fi; sin embargo, desde el lanzamiento de su cuarto álbum, Phair ha optado por un sonido más pulido y trabajado en estudio. Su más reciente álbum, "Somebody's Miracle" marcó el final de su contrato con Captiol Records; la artista firmó con ATO Records a principios del 2008
