Biografía:
Life of Agony es una banda metal alternativo y hardcore originaria de Brooklyn, New York.
La banda fue formada en el verano de 1989 por el cantante Keith Caputo, el bajista Robert Alan y el guitarrista Joey Z. Después de probar con varios baterías, alistaron al batería de Type O Negative, Sal Abruscato antes de grabar el álbum debut "River Runs Red" (1993) después de cual firmaron un contrato con Roadrunner Records.
River Runs Red fue seguido por el más emocional "Ugly" (1995)
