Biografía:
Lhasa de Sela (27 de septiembre de 1972 - 1 de enero 2010), más conocida como Lhasa, fue una cantante y compositora mexicano-canadiense -estadounidense que se crió en México y los Estados Unidos, años más tarde vivió en Canadá.
Lhasa nació en Big Indian, Nueva York, hija de padre mexicano y madre estadounidense. Su primera década se pasó cruzando los Estados Unidos y México en un autobús escolar convertido junto a sus padres y tres hermanas quienes durante sus viajes recibieron educación en casa por parte de su madre.
