Biografía:
Julio José Iglesias de la Cueva (Madrid, 23 de septiembre de 1943) es un cantante, compositor y actor español.
En 2013 el Guinness World Records le otorgó el Récord Mundial Guinness por ser el artista latino que más discos ha vendido en el mundo.
En sus primeros años ganó el Festival Internacional de la Canción de Benidorm de 1968 con la canción La vida sigue igual y el Festival de la Canción de Barcelona en 1970 con Gwendolyne, con la que representó a España en el Festival de Eurovisión, obteniendo el cuarto puesto.
