Biografía:
Érase una chica llamada Joan Wasser, nacida un 26 de julio de 1970 en Biddeford Maine. Creció junto con su hermano menor Dan en Norwalk, Connecticut. A la edad de seis años comenzó a estudiar piano y su primera lección de violin fuea la edad de 8. Comenzó su carrera mientras estudiaba en la Universidad de Boston, donde tocó en la orquesta sinfónica de la Universidad de Boston hasta que comenzó a abrir camino al unirse a bandas locales.
