Biografía:
Todo empezó en Africa del este, precisamente en Nairobi, Kenia en 1992. Es aquí donde Jahcoustix encontró la música que daría a su vida una nueva dirección: Reggae Roots. Jahcoustix pasó la mayor parte de su juventud en países de Africa, es aquí donde queda fascinado por la gente africana, y su manera optimista de ver la vida a pesar de estar en las condiciones mas difíciles. Pasó muchos años en Mexico, Liberia y Nueva York antes de llegar a Africa.
