Na quinta-feira de 27 de setembro de 2007, Evan Thomas Weiss fez 23 anos. Ele percebeu que seus anos mais recentes se passaram muito rápido. Para combater (ou encorajar... ?) esse movimento em sua vida, ele escreveu e gravou uma música a cada semana de seus 24 anos - totalizando 52 músicas.
