Hans Zimmer (Fráncfort del Meno, Alemania; 12 de septiembre de 1957); compositor de bandas sonoras cinematográficas, pionero en la integración de música electrónica y arreglos orquestales tradicionales. Ganador del premio Oscar de la Academia de las Artes y las Ciencias Cinematográficas a la mejor banda sonora en 1995. Hoy día es considerado uno de los compositores más sobresalientes de Hollywood.
