Biografía:
Ibeyi es un dúo musical francés / cubano compuesto por las hermanas gemelas, Lisa-Kaindé y Naomi Díaz. En 2013 firmaron con el sello discográfico, XL Recordings
Ibeyi cantan en Inglés y el idioma de los Yoruba , una lengua de África Occidental que viajó a Cuba a través de la esclavitud en la década de 1700.
El padre de las gemelas fue Anga Díaz ,percusionista cubano quien como miembro del Buena Vista Social Club toco con Ibrahim Ferrer , Rubén González y Francisco Repilado Muñoz Máximo alias Compay Segundo .
