Ian George Brown, nació el 20 de Febrero de 1963 en Warrington, Inglaterra.
Es el vocalista de The Stone Roses en las dos veces que la banda ha estado vigente, desde su formación en 1983 hasta su separación en 1996 y su reformacion en el 2011 hasta la actualidad.
