Biografía:
Gravenhurst fue el nombre bajo el que el guitarrista y compositor de Bristol (Inglaterra), Nick Talbot empezó a publicar discos desde 2002. Nick Talbot, fue también la mitad del auto-denominado grupo de "Victorian Clockworktronica", Bronnt Industries Kapital y tenía un weblog titulado "The Police Diver's Notebook".
La música de Gravenhurst's ha sido descrita como oscura y altamente atmosférica, variando entre el ruidoso sonido "shoegazing" de bandas como My Bloody Valentine
