Biografía:
GoodBooks é uma banda "IndiePop" (se é que isto é possível, pois assinam com a Columbia e com a Sony, as quais nada têm de independente) ou Pop alternativo, originária de Sevenoaks em Kent. Receberam a primeira atenção dos media depois do lançamento do EP auto-publicado "Valves and Robots" em unho de 2005. A banda assinou contracto com a Transgressive Records em finais de 2005 para um single e lançou "Walk With Me" em April, antes de serem resgatados pela Columbia Records pouco tempo depois.
