Biografía:
General Elektriks es una invencion de Hervé ‘RV’ Salters. De nacionalidad francesa, y pianista vintage perspicaz, Salters estuvo tocando los teclados para su banda y varios artistas en Paris (Femi Kuti, M, DJ Mehdi etc…) antes de mudarse a San Francisco en 1999. Empezó trabajando en collages de funk al tiempo que se iba mundando a USA, usando sus teclados favoritos , un computador y un micrófono. GE se convirtió en una revista musical que siguió RV a través de su traslado a Seattle
