Biografía:
Elliott Yamin primero ganó el reconocimiento como el segundo finalista en la quinta temporada del reality "American Idol". Nacido en 1978 en Los Ángeles de un padre pintor y de una madre profesional anterior del cantante, Yamin se mudó con su familia a Richmond, VA, en donde asistió a la escuela primaria y secundaria. Cuando cumplió 14 años, sus padres se divorciaron, comenzando así un período de una cierta dificultad personal para el cantante.
