Biografía:
Formada el año 1999 a partir de los remanentes de una banda de Black Metal llamada Demoniac y de otras agrupaciones, tomaron en un principio el nombre de "DragonHeart", que tuvieron que cambiar posteriormente debido a la existencia de de una banda brasileña con el mismo nombre, que también tocaba Power Metal.
Bajo el nombre de DragonHeart sólo sacaron un Demo llamado 'Valley of the Damned'. Un tiempo después, y bajo el nombre de Dragonforce, 'Valley of the Damned' fue editado como disco completo.
