Biografía:
Nacio en Alemania en 1954.
Fue el creador de Modern Talking, junto con Thomas Anders, en 1984.
Compositor, Manager, Productor... Ha producido a Artistas como CCCatch, Thomas Anders, Chris Norman, Engelbert, Nino de Angelo, Bonnie Tyler, y muchos más.
Forma parte de un programa llamado "SuperStar", parecido a Operación Triunfo, pero en Alemania.
Hay una película con su vida llamada "Der Film", en alemán.
