Dean Martin (n. 7 de junio de 1917 - m. 5 de diciembre de 1995) fue un cómico, actor y cantante estadounidense. Su verdadero nombre era Dino Paul Crocetti.
Nació en el 7 de junio de 1917 en Steubenville (Ohio). Sus padres eran unos inmigrantes italianos. Su madre, Angella Crocetti, era ama de casa y su padre, Gateano Crocetti, era barbero. Dino abandonó cuando acabó el colegio, empezó a trabajar en distintas cosas, como peón, como gasolinero, como croupier e incluso como boxeador.
