David Phelps é cantor americano gospel, com passagem marcante pelo quarteto americano Gaither Vocal Band, onde cantou tenor entre 1997 e 2005. Possui alguns álbuns solo e busca repetir o sucesso de outros cantores como Michael W. Smith entre outros, sempre pregando e cantando do amor de Jesus Cristo. Sua primeira apresentação no Brasil foi no mês de Novembro de 2006 nas cidades de:
