Circulatory System es el proyecto de Will Cullen Hart de Olivia Tremor Control. No es un álbum en solitario. El grueso del sistema circulatorio lo completan , John Fernandes (OTC), Hannah Jones (The Instruments), Heather McIntosh (The Instruments)y Peter Erchick (OTC, Pipes You See, Pipes You Don't).
El proyecto empieza cuando John anima a Will a acabar las demos en las que había estado trabajando. El primer disco loe dita la banda en su propio sello, Cloud Recordings, en agosto de 2001.
