Wild Boys - Duran Duran

The other versions I could find didn't sound quite right and a few lyrics were misplaced.

This is the way I pay it - usually capo'd on the third fret to suit my voice.

(Verse 1)
Em Bm
The Wild Boys are calling on their way back from the fire
Em Bm
In August moon's surrender to a dust cloud on the rise
C Dsus4 D Dsus2
Wild Boys fallen far from glory
Em Bm
Reckless and so hungered on the razor's edge you trail
Em Bm
Because there's murder (murder) by the roadside in a sore, afraid new world
C D C A
They tried to break us looks like they'll try again

(Chorus)
Em B7
Wild Boys never lose it
Em B7
Wild Boys never chose this way
Em B7
Wild Boys never close your eyes
C Dsus4 D Em
Wild Boys always shine

(Verse 2)
Em Bm
You got sirens for a welcome. There's blood stains for your pain
Em Bm
And your telephone been ringing while you're dancing in the rain
C Dsus4 D Dsus2
Wild Boys wonder where is glory
Em Bm
Where is all you angels now the figureheads have fell
Em Bm
And lovers war with arrows over secrets they could tell
C D C A
They tried to tame you, looks like they'll try again

Chorus

Insrumental (per verse chords)

Chorus x 3
