Biography:

Death Cab for Cutie is an American indie rock band formed in Bellingham, Washington in 1997. The band consists of Ben Gibbard (vocals, guitar, piano), Nicholas Harmer (bass), Jason McGerr (drums), Dave Depper (guitar) and Zac Rae (keyboards).

Death Cab began as a solo project of Ben Gibbard, now the band's vocalist and guitarist. Gibbard took the band name from the satirical song Death Cab for Cutie, performed by The Bonzo Dog Band in The Beatles' 1967 experimental film Magical Mystery Tour.

Four years of hard work!

This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!

This song has kind of abstract chords so this is in some respects just my interpretation. Throughout most of
the song, there is a G bass note being played, which is why I've written most chords as slash chords, but
I think it also sounds good without it. Also, the intro is really long, so I've transcribed it the best I
could, but you should listen to the song to get the timing right. I've put spaces in between new "sections"
in the intro (i.e. when new parts start up), so hopefully that will help. When I put two of the same chord
right next to each other, I mean to indicate a change of inversion (as in the A/G A/G).
