Intro: E - C#m - A. . .

Verse 1:
E
Has it really been three years since we chose that name?
C#m A
And sat in each others rooms with our guitars and dreams of fame.
E
We used to stay up and plan our lives to the sound of your worn out beat.
C#m A
And drink through till the morning light and get our backs up off the seat

Chorus:
E B
It just seems, seems like we lost a friend
A
It feels like the end
It feels like the end
E B
Now it just seems, seems like we lost a friend.
A
It feels like the end
It feels like the end

Break: E - C#m - A

Verse 2:
E
And now youre away to the city, and Im still here by the sea
C#m
When you were a kid, a relentless child
A
but you should still be free

Without the missed opportunity hung around your neck
C#m A
Theres a way to know that its mine in the sound of your every step.

Chorus:
E B
It just seems, seems like we lost a friend
A
It feels like the end
It feels like the end

Now it just seems, seems like we lost a friend.
A
It feels like the end
It feels like the end
