Darlingside

Biography:

Darlingside is an American indie folk band from Boston, MA. The band consists of Don Mitchell, Auyon Mukharji, Harris Paseltiner, and David Senft.

Describing themselves as “string-rock”, the band started up in 2009 and quickly took hold of New England’s musical imagination. Am C
Go on Bury Me
Am F C
Under stone or under sea
Am C Am F C
silent pictures keep the fishes company

Am C F C
there is little else for me now
F C
but I will find my way
F C
out of the dark someday
F C G
into a crimson yellow sun

Am C
science fictional
Am F C
when the morning comes we will
Am C
walk for light years
Am F C
watch the nebulas appear
Am C F C
there is little else for me now
G Am
ooooh, ooooh

F C
but I will find my way
F C
out of the dark someday
F C G
into a crimson yellow sun
F C
I'll follow my baby boy
F C
he'll be a silver toy
F C G
and we'll count the ages as they're ending

[There's an interlude here, but I haven't quite figured it out]
Am C Am F C X2

F C
but I will find my way
F C
out of the dark someday
F C G
into a flash of sore inspiration
F C
I'll follow my baby boy
F C
he'll be a silver toy
F C G
and we'll count the ages as they're ending
